Today we're at our most recent project — two weeks to Christmas. I want to show you 910 Wright Avenue here in Xenia, Ohio, and tell you a little about our seller so you understand the situation. Come on, let's go inside.

In the kitchen, the cabinets were in really good shape so we just painted them white. New "Fantasy Brown" granite — I love the way the veins look. Hexagon marble backsplash, new black hardware, brand new stainless steel appliances throughout.
This house has a bonus room in the back — would work great as an office or den. It has a closet, so you could easily wall it off and make it a fourth bedroom. The bonus room walks out onto a private courtyard with a double door and windows — perfect for letting the dog out or sitting outside with some coffee.
That's the tour. This particular property is already sold — we listed it at $339,000 and went under contract at $329,000 almost right away. We close in about a week.
