Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys fishing, hiking, running, biking, and spending time outdoors with his family. He's a lifelong sports fan and proudly supports both the Buckeyes and the Bengals.

Jay Thoms is a lifelong resident of the greater Dayton area and brings a hands-on background in real estate investing, property management, and construction. Jay purchased his first home at age 20 and has been involved in real estate investments ever since, including rentals and renovation projects. He enjoys helping homeowners find practical solutions that allow properties to move forward — whether as a rental or a renovated home.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, exercising, spending time with family, and exploring Kentucky's bourbon trail.
