Today we're at our latest project in Springfield, on Hillsdale Road. I always like to tell the story of each property before showing you inside — if you like these videos, hit like and subscribe.
We're inside the Hillsdale listing. Every situation is unique and we have a solution for almost any problem. This particular seller came through our website — she filled out the form, I got the email, called her, and she invited me out. When I got here the property was in complete disrepair. She was going through a divorce, had stumbled on some hard times, didn't have capital to do repairs, and she had already arranged to rent another house on the other side of Springfield. Back this way is the full bathroom — new vanity, new toilet, new top, new tub surround. The utility closet is here for the washer and dryer, plus a new water heater, well pump, and water softener.
Around to the primary bedroom — the biggest room in the house, lots of space, turned out really nice. Dual closets — call them his and hers — including a big walk-in for the hers side.
Back through the kitchen, the third and final bedroom is off to the right. Nice size, with a closet, luxury vinyl plank flooring. At the back of the house is an exit door out to the driveway and the garage, which is detached.
