We're at our latest project in Clayton, Ohio. As you can see behind me, this is an extensive renovation — we spent over $51,000 renovating this house. New roof, new windows, new kitchen, new flooring, new everything. I'll show you some before-and-after pictures so you can see the difference.

Brand new front door. As you can see, we've staged this property — shout out to our staging crew, they did a fantastic job. Most of our flips follow the same formula: luxury vinyl plank flooring, agreeable gray paint, brand new windows. Nothing was left undone.
Into the kitchen — completely redone. New stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher), all new cabinetry, brand new hardware, subway tile backsplash, granite counters, undermount sink. This will make somebody a fantastic home. There's a utility area, the door out to the garage, and one of my favorite rooms — a three-season room off the back. Perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee.
Two bedrooms, one full bath. Coat closet here, linen closet here. The primary bedroom has all new vinyl windows and a good closet. There's a second bedroom — the seller had it set up as an office, but it has a closet and easily works as a bedroom.
Finally, the bathroom — where all the magic happens. Brand new tub surround, brand new vanity, brand new toilet. Fantastic job all around.
